“Bega” was awarded with the best workplace award!

Lithuania for the third time has awarded companies contributing to the welfare and reduction of adverse environmental effects. Klaipeda Stevedoring Company "Bega" was among winners.

Company "Bega" in the large business category was awarded with the "Best Workplace" title for creating new jobs, retaining additional staff and salary levels despite the serious crisis.

Companies competed in three categories - large enterprises, foreign-owned enterprises, small and medium-sized category and were awarded with the following nominations: "Best Workplace", "Most communal company", "Environmental Enterprise" and the main prize went for the nomination "The most socially responsible company 2009".
