The city of Memel in Klaipeda

Plans have been formed for the creation of a residential-commercial complex in the territory of a former plant. Apartment houses, office premises, a hotel, commercial premises, spa complex, a casino-night club, restaurants and cafés, a terminal for medium size cruise-ships and yachts, and a conference centre / concert hall will be built in the planned complex.
