This project aims to refurbish the territory of the Dane river valley from the Birza bridge up to Palanga road. Developments in this region will include conversion and modernization of disused sites, improvements to current infrastructure, and establishment of water and culture tourism in the area. It is hoped that these conversion and development projects will create opportunities for city residents and guests to enjoy this exceptional territory as a great place to live and relax.
