How DFDS in Klaipeda has evolved since inception?

DFDS started its operations in Lithuania in 1996. DFDS had a ferry line to Klaipeda. During the Russian crisis it had to be closed. DFDS in 2001 again entered the Lithuanian market - acquiring company Lisco. Today Klaipeda is a hub port for DFDS in the Baltic Sea business. In 2010, DFDS after a merger with Norfolkline is the largest ferry and logistic operator in Northern Europe.
